At DynaCap, we are currently seeking a Management Consultant to join our commercial excellence consulting team. As our new colleague, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve excellence in their commercial operations. ​Your role will encompass a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including commercial strategy development, data analysis, process optimization, project management, client engagement, and more.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities​
  • Develop and implement effective strategies and solutions to address client needs​
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth​
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes​
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in management consulting​


Ideally you

  • A relevant education in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Computer science, or similar​
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities​
  • Willing to take responsibility both internally and towards customers​
  • Energetic, ambitious, and passionate about your work, both professionally and socially​
  • Want to be a part of an ambitious, fast-paced, and social environment​
  • It is an advantage if you have previously worked with marketing, sales, or (customer) service ​
