  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture by implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Establish and maintain people and culture policies and programs to support the professional development and well-being of all employees, collaborating with team members for input and feedback.
  • Over time, build your own team to support these efforts.

Ideally you

  • Hold 1-2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and/or people and culture management within a larger corporate department or consulting firm, demonstrating an ability to attract top talent and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize talent acquisition processes and enhance employee performance.
  • Have a proactive and adaptable attitude and are passionate about continuous learning and development.
