Do you have the capability to establish, run, and head a commercial function in close collaboration with internal and external teams, reporting directly to our CEO?

At DynaCap, we are currently seeking a visionary, result-oriented and actionable Head of Marketing & Business Development to spearhead our marketing, go-to-market, and business development activities, with a specific focus on maximizing our market position and collaboration with Salesforce. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future growth trajectory of our company by strengthening and leveraging the partnership with Salesforce, leading innovative marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative thinking, strategic acumen, get-go attitude and strong leadership skills to lead your own team while collaborating closely with our management team and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, while leveraging and strengthening our collaborative efforts with Salesforce.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution in alignment with our internal management team and Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with Salesforce, optimize joint go-to-market initiatives, and drive mutual success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives in collaboration with Salesforce.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing and business development team, fostering a culture of trust, innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

 

Ideally you

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and business development initiatives, particularly in collaboration with key partners like Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive and tactically prioritize efforts in a fast-faced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; A Master’s degree is preferred.
