Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting the executive leadership and ensuring seamless operations in a dynamic environment? Are you proficient at managing complex schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing critical support to our CEO and CTO/COO?
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support handling the CEO and CTO/COO’s calendars and emails, ensuring efficient scheduling and maintaining confidentiality
- Organize meetings, appointments, and events, including agendas and logistics
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and other necessary documents
- Arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed
- Supports with coordinating board meetings and participates as a minute-taker at the meetings
- Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO and CTO/COO
Ideally you
- Bring 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting executives
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent experience
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excel at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Proficient in crafting professional presentations with PowerPoint and skilled in using Microsoft Suite and Google tools
- Communicate excellently in both written and spoken English and Danish
- Maintain discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
- Interact comfortably with the highest level of leadership; must be confident and self-directed
