At DynaCap, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our founders and executive leadership. This crucial role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication across the organization to ensure the smooth functioning of our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of organizational expertise, strategic insight, and a proactive approach, helping our executive team stay ahead of the curve. You will go beyond administrative duties to become the executive’s key support, handling daily functions to allow them to focus on high-level leadership and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support handling the CEO and CTO/COO’s calendars and emails, ensuring efficient scheduling and maintaining confidentiality
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and events, including agendas and logistics
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and other necessary documents
  • Arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed
  • Supports with coordinating board meetings and participates as a minute-taker at the meetings
  • Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO and CTO/COO

 

Ideally you

  • Bring 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting executives
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excel at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Proficient in crafting professional presentations with PowerPoint and skilled in using Microsoft Suite and Google tools
  • Communicate excellently in both written and spoken English and Danish
  • Maintain discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
  • Interact comfortably with the highest level of leadership; must be confident and self-directed
