​At DynaCap, we are currently seeking an Engagement Manager to join our commercial and digital transformations consulting team and drive impactful transformations for our clients. As our new colleague, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve excellence in their commercial operations. ​Your role will encompass a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including leading and orchestrating multifaceted initiatives and projects as well as achieving excellence in their commercial operations and embracing digital transformation.​

DynaCap was founded in 2020 and is a smaller, but fast-growing team of management and technology consultants working to optimize, digitalize, and motivate the commercial business of the most ambitious companies. We help our clients improve transparency, effectiveness, predictability, and coherency across marketing, sales, and service operations by leveraging best practices and market-leading technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients​
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies for commercial excellence and digital transformation​
  • Lead and manage commercial and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion​
  • Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth​
  • Drive effective change management efforts to facilitate the seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and digital tools within client organizations​

 

Ideally you

  • A relevant education in strategic consulting, change management, digital transformation or similar​
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​
  • Use data for insights and decisions, driving measurable outcomes.​
  • Stay updated on tech trends and apply digital solutions effectively​
  • Willing to take responsibility both internally and towards customers​
  • Energetic, ambitious, and passionate about your work, both professionally and socially​
  • Want to be a part of an ambitious, fast-paced, and social environment​
  • It is an advantage if you have previously worked with marketing, sales, or (customer) service
