We are delighted to extend an invitation to you for our upcoming CPQ Events in Århus,
June 13th from 09:00-11:00 at Moesgaard Museum, Moesgård Allé 15, 8270 Højbjerg.

 

NB: There will be a maximum of 25 spots for each event.

 

As specialized advisers in the intersection between commercial excellence and modern technology application, we see an increased demand for, and value realization from, utilizing CPQ to increase governance, efficiency, transparency, and coherency in the part of the commercial processes across product-/service configuration, pricing, quoting, and contracting. In addition, experience over the later years proves, that days are over where CPQ was exclusively for complex product configuration, only relevant for few companies or difficult to implement and succeed with.

 

Hence, we are inviting for two exclusive morning sessions with focus on why and how to harvest value from CPQ.

We will do this in close collaboration with some of our customers that have successfully implemented CPQ and are already harvesting value from it, and hence can put words on their experiences.

With more than 1,000 installations worldwide and with continued focus on R&D innovation, M&J Recycling are one of the world’s leading suppliers of industrial waste shredders for the recycling industry. Since the carve-out from Metso Cooperation back in 2021, DynaCap has been advising M&J with design, optimization, and establishment of their stand-alone global Sales and Service operations, including a global CPQ solution.

Svend has been successfully heading the design, implementation, and roll-out of a global CPQ solution and will be sharing insights from M&J’s CPQ journey. And if working with Svend for a year has taught us anything, it is his ability to cut through the noise and tell his honest experience.
